This is an original 78 cards Wooden Tarot Deck fashioned by a true old world artisan-ENDRE ROUSSEAUX- and based on the artwork of the old style Valentine Greeting Cards used in the 1910's and early 1920's.It is perfect for anyone passionate about reading and also for lovers of original Valentine collectors or tarot collectors.This set comes directly from my private collection,is now pratically unfoundable,since the artist doesn't work from years and for the few number of copies made. Each of them has a Certificate of Authenticity with the deck name,the artist signature,date and number.these decks were made under a personal order and this one ,made in 2009, is the number 51/100. Both,the hand carved box(37,5cmx18,5x H14 cm) and the cards (12cmx8) are made of wood,not cardboard,and the edges of the cards are trimmed in metallic gold with 1/8" thick for increased durability as a working tool as well as an heirloom item.All is perfect in finishing, design and colours brilliance and delicious to use,cards are strong with the gold to protect the edge.
