Este impresionante mazo está inspirado en las obras del novelista francés Alexandre Dumas. Las imágenes en las cartas presentan escenas de su novela Los tres mosqueteros, ambientada durante el reinado de Francés ‘Sun King’ Louis XIV.

Las 78 cartas incluyen 22 arcanos mayores y 56 arcanos menores. Son copias numeradas y firmadas por el autor creadas en 1986

Los cuatro palos de los Arcanos Menores están asociados con cada uno Mosquetero: Espadas (D’Artagnan), Bastones (Porthos), Copas (Aramis) y monedas (Athos).

Este mazo de tarot también viene con 2 cartas de título, una de las cuales tiene firmado por Paolo Piffarerio. 

En una edición limitada de 936 barajas, que comprende dos versiones: las primeras barajas 530 tienen caras impresas en negro y las partes posteriores impresas en azul; las restantes cubiertas 406 tienen caras y respaldos impresos en marrón.

El mazo incluye una carta de título y una carta de presentación y un folleto en italiano.
