El Tarot Modern Medieval es una mezcla de lo contemporáneo y la Edad Media. Es una combinación de épocas surrealistas y fue un proyecto colaborativo entre los artistas Shayne Wetherell y Tim Wetherell. Es una peculiar interpretación de las 78 imágenes tradicionales que conforman el juego medieval del tarot.

En él se recrea una amalgama surrealista y soñada de lo viejo y lo nuevo. El sentido de las edades pasadas con indicios de lo inesperadamente moderno y francamente extraño. Lo que da al Tarot Medieval Modern su característica única es la mezcla de esculturas, gente real, trajes y edificios a escala con CGI y parte de trabajo avanzado en Photoshop.

Una de las grandes cosas sobre este proyecto desde una perspectiva personal ha sido las numerosas críticas positivas que ha recibido.

The Medieval Modern Tarot is a mixture of the contemporary and the Middle Ages. It is a combination of surreal eras and was a collaborative project between artists Shayne Wetherell and Tim Wetherell. It is a peculiar interpretation of the 78 traditional images that make up the medieval tarot game.

It recreates a surreal and dreamed amalgam of the old and the new. The sense of ages past with hints of the unexpectedly modern and downright strange. What gives the Medieval Modern Tarot its unique feature is the mixture of sculptures, real people, costumes and buildings scaled with CGI and some advanced work in Photoshop.

One of the great things about this project from a personal perspective has been the many positive reviews it has received.
